Portas da Amazonia is located in Rua do Giz 129 (also known as Rua 28 de Julho), in the middle of the historical centre of São Luís, in the region of the Maranhão, in Brasil. Whichever taxi, with these indications, will take you down to less than 20 meters from our pousada.

From the airport: take the bus and stop at Praça Deodoro, walk through the animated Rua Grande until you reach Praça João Lisboa. Walk down the stairs until Rua 28 de Julho.
From the railway station: take the bus and stop at Praia Grande, from which, crossing Beira Mar road, it is entered in the tree-lined avenue of Reviver and in a few minutes you reach Rua 28 de Juhlo.

Transports:
Private Taxi of the pousada available on reservation for:
Connection IN and OUT with São Luís airport (20 minutes);
Transfer to the beaches of São Luís (10 minutes approximately).
Mini-bus (12 places with conditioned air) carries out daily service Pousada- national Park of the Lençois Maranhenses.
The pousada is near the departure of the boats that connect São Luís with Alcantara.
